EMUMAIL's bulk mailing capabilities allows for the sending of electronic correspondence to a list of customers, with advanced reporting and tracking capabilities.

By "bulk" mailings, EMUMAIL means the sending of email to a list of customers where message content is almost identical in each message. The list of email addresses may be as small as 10, or as large as 1,000,000, either way, EMUMAIL's servers will personalize and reliably send your message.

EMUMAIL is a reputable email company which does not condone the sending of unsolicited bulk commercial mailings. How does EMUMAIL's Bulk Mailing Work?

Like everything we do at EMUMAIL, we have designed the Bulk Mail System to be as easy to use as possible. You guide the entire process through the EMUMAIL online Message Control Center. The Online Control Center guides you through the steps of sending an email, including:

  • Entering a list of email addresses,
  • Specifiying names and values to be substituted in the "email merge",
  • Submitting the message template,
  • Chosing optional delivery options, such as "return address" notification, automatic list pruning of bounced addresses, read/not read message beacon.
  • Selecting a destination time to start the campaign.

    • What happens once email has been sent?

    Once you have filled out the campaign, EMUMAIL's email delivery servers go to work at your campaign, sending emails on your behalf. No longer do you need to tie up your entire office's Internet connection sending emails! A typical campaign will be sent in 1-6 hours depending on the quality and number of addresses.

    If you've chosen optional services, such as the useful automatic list prune service, you'll find a new list created for you and available from our control center. Other information at the control center includes the message beacon service to see when people view their messages which is useful for online billing and other time sensitive applications.
